The Taverna Slow Shop & Bar is aimed at those who want to rediscover the flavors of the past, tasting and buying organic and low environmental impact foods typical of the Friuli area. The company philosophy is based on the principles of synergistic crops, organic vegetable gardens, biodynamics and environmental and corporate sustainability. The various proposals are all selected from the excellence of Slow Food, local, zero km and short supply chain producers.
